How long does onboarding typically take?
It depends on how complex your setup is. From first discovery to deployment, most engagements run 4 to 12 weeks, longer if there are migrations involved. A straightforward deployment can be done in 2 to 4.

What compliance standards do you support?
Anchras is EU-based; GDPR is our jurisdictional baseline, not a checkbox. We work to ISO 27001 posture, documented and reviewable, with sector-specific reviews on request. Encryption, audit logging, and access controls are part of the platform foundation.

Do you offer migration services?
Yes. We cover the whole move, from assessment and planning to execution and tuning, with downtime kept short and nothing lost in transit. We migrate from legacy systems, other cloud providers, and physical hardware.

Enterprise support for the open stack we run in production: Proxmox VE and TrueNAS at the infrastructure layer, PostgreSQL and MariaDB at the database layer, Nextcloud and Paperless-ngx at the workplace layer. Named engineers with direct access, defined response commitments, escalation paths, and quarterly architecture review.
