Frequently asked.
-
Is the Anchras Platform available today?
It is in closed beta. Join the waitlist at platform.anchras.com/register and we send an invite; the Free plan runs on hypervisors you already own, so evaluating it costs nothing but your time. Talk to us if you want a guided onboarding or need the platform combined with support or migration work.
-
How long does onboarding typically take?
It depends on how complex your setup is. From first discovery to deployment, most engagements run 4 to 12 weeks, longer if there are migrations involved. A straightforward deployment can be done in 2 to 4.
-
What compliance standards do you support?
Anchras is EU-based; GDPR is our jurisdictional baseline, not a checkbox. Security controls are documented and open to review, with sector-specific reviews on request. Encryption, audit logging, and access controls are part of the platform foundation.
-
What makes Anchras different from public cloud?
You get dedicated infrastructure: no shared tenancy, no noisy neighbours, and an architecture we shape with you. Unlike public cloud, you control the whole environment and can meet specific compliance requirements without arguing over who owns which half of a shared-responsibility model.
-
Do you offer migration services?
Yes. We cover the whole move, from assessment and planning to execution and tuning, with downtime kept short and nothing lost in transit. We migrate from legacy systems, other cloud providers, and physical hardware.
-
What support options are available?
Enterprise support for the open stack we run in production: Proxmox VE and TrueNAS at the infrastructure layer, PostgreSQL and MariaDB at the database layer, Nextcloud and Paperless-ngx at the workplace layer. Named engineers with direct access, defined response commitments, escalation paths, and quarterly architecture review. The people who build the platform are the people who answer when something needs attention.
